Refund policy
14-DAY RETURNS
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at m.zerhounifaiz@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+212 6 60 95 57 95) with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. All returns are received at our atelier in Fez, Morocco.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, including all shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
