At Cuivra, every piece is handmade with care in Fez, Morocco by skilled artisans working in pure copper. Because each item is shaped, engraved, and finished by hand, production and delivery timelines reflect real craftsmanship rather than mass manufacturing.
Processing Time
Most in-stock pieces ship within 1-2 business days of your order. Some pieces are made to order; if your selection needs to be handcrafted, please allow up to 10 business days for fabrication before it ships. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Morocco & GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 3-7 business days after dispatch
- International (Europe, USA, and other countries): 7-10 business days after dispatch
Because every piece is handcrafted rather than mass-produced, international shipping times can occasionally vary depending on customs processing in your country. We appreciate your patience — it's part of what makes an authentic, handmade product worth the wait.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Morocco and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman). For all other destinations, payment is required at checkout.
