Handcrafted Quality — Our Promise
Every Cuivra piece is handmade in Fez, Morocco, by skilled artisans working entirely in pure copper. Because each creation is shaped and engraved by hand, slight natural variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the process — not a defect, but a mark of authenticity.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Free of damage, modification, or signs of wear
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@cuivra.com. Our team responds within 24 hours with the next steps.
Made-to-Order Items
Some Cuivra pieces are made to order. If a product isn't currently in stock, our artisans may need up to 10 business days to craft it before shipping. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return once production has begun.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no lengthy back-and-forth required.
