Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it to us, with no reason required.

Conditions: item unused, complete, in its original packaging.

Return shipping: paid by the customer. We recommend sending it with tracking.

Refund: to the original payment method, within 14 days at the latest after we receive and inspect the item.

Custom items: pieces made to your specifications (engraving, dimensions, or custom finish) cannot be returned.

Damaged item: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Free replacement or refund.

Variations in tone, hammering, or engraving are part of the character of a handmade piece.
