A traditional Moroccan couscoussier, hand-hammered in red copper by artisans in Fès. Steam your couscous on top while the chicken, meat and vegetables cook below. Copper spreads heat fast and evenly, which is why Moroccan families have cooked with it for generations.

Good to know: bare copper reacts with acidic foods (tomato, lemon, vinegar). Before cooking, ask us on WhatsApp whether your piece is tinned inside, and never store food in it.
Care: wash by hand and dry well. To bring back the shine, rub the outside with lemon and fine salt, rinse and dry. Or let the natural patina develop.
